Four gunmen opened fire on a man who was parked in his vehicle at Port Edward Beach on February 7.
Police responded to the scene at about 18:00, where they found the body of a man.
“Jabulani Professor Shusha (35) succumbed to his injuries after being shot multiple times. It is alleged that at least four men approached the victim on foot and opened fire, thereafter fleeing in a grey VW Polo Vivo. The motive for the shooting will be determined by police investigations,” said the Saps communications department.
A case of murder has been opened at Port Edward Saps. No arrests have been made as yet.
