Police are appealing for assistance in locating the next-of-kin of an unidentified man, believed to be about 30 years old, who collapsed and died at a residence in Highland Avenue, Umbango on the evening of Sunday, August 3.
The man was dressed in a black jersey, white T-shirt, black Nike pants, and pink and white socks.
