Umkomaas Saps goes on air to engage with listeners

Police spokesperson Captain Ranjith Rampersad also shared more on the station's award for best performing police station in KZN.

September was observed as Police Safety Month, and it ended on a high note as Umkomaas Saps commemorated the men and women in blue for their gallantry.

Police spokesperson Captain Ranjith Rampersad was hosted by Government Communication and Information System on Ntokozo FM to remember Saps fallen heroes and heroines.

This was also a platform for Umkomaas Saps to share and engage with listeners on its accolades as it won the best performing police station in KZN title.

Acting station commander Lt Col John Ngema praised Rampersad for his outstanding media relations in the Saps.
