Volunteer to save lives

Training is provided by NSRI.

NSRI Station 39 Rocky Bay is hosting its crew recruitment open day on Sunday, September 11 from 08:30.

This is an opportunity for those who would to like to volunteer their time to save lives in local waters.

The station is looking for men and women (18-55 years) who would like to join a team of committed volunteers working to help the local community.

NSRI training provides the crew with a wonderful career opportunity to become coast watchers, sea going crew, shore crew, and Class 1, 3 and 4 coxswains.

Pop in on the day for a chat and see how you can get involved. No prior experience required.

Bring along running shoes, swimming costume and comfortable training clothes.

Contact station39@searescue.org.za for more details.
