Taryl Ogle from Albersville to star in TV show this weekend

The whole country has been waiting to hear when the first episode of Tropika Island of Treasure will be on our screens – and the date has finally been released.

Taryl Ogle of Albersville is part of the cast of the new season of Tropika Island of Treasure: All Stars, and hopes to win R500 000.

Ogle is one of 18 South Africans who will compete against a line-up of much-loved celebrities from the previous nine seasons of Tropika Island of Treasure.

The 10th season of Tropika Island of Treasure will be full of surprises, starting with the first big reveal – the island destination for this season is the Seychelles!

Catch Tropika Island of Treasure every Saturday evening from September 17 from 18:30 to 19:30 on SABC 3!

If you miss the episode, don’t stress – the first repeat will be on Monday, September 19 at 21:00 and a second repeat will be on Friday, September 23 at 22:30.

For the new season, they’re mixing it up and raising the stakes: before the contestants fly off to compete in the magical Seychelles, they have to earn their flavours locally in St Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal.

“Tropika Island of Treasure All-Stars will leave you on the edge of your seats with twists and turns throughout the series. We look forward to the smooothest season yet,” says Miantha Roux, Clover Beverages Marketing Manager.

With summer approaching, this is the perfect time to showcase the stamina, willpower, and mental and physical strength of everybody’s favourite returning AllStars.

And let’s not forget those consumer contestants who are also competing in the captivating challenges for a chance to win the grand prize of their share of R1 million as well as R250 000 worth of Suzuki prizes!
