The Scottburgh Saps Community Police Forum special meeting will now be held at the Blue Marlin Hotel, Scottburgh on September 29 at 17:00.
A secretary, deputy secretary and an additional member will be elected.
Residents from Amandawe, Cele location, Freeland Park, Scottburgh, Park Rynie, Kelso, Pennington, Bazley and current members of the forum are invited to attend.
