The birth of Jesus Christ was God sending His Son in the likeness of man so that man could return to the purpose for which he was made.

The greater purpose of Jesus Christ is that He is the pattern for living for the end time body of Christ. In Hebrews 8:5 Moses was told to build in physical, visible form what he had seen.

Similarly in these last days, Christian believers are caught up by the Holy Spirit to the ‘mount of God’ and, in His divine presence they are seeing the glorious pattern of God’s Son.

Everything about Jesus’ life in His humanity applies to His body, the church.

The tabernacle Moses built was the type; Jesus was the prototype; the perfected glorious church of the end time is the antitype or finished product.

Any revelation that does not fit into the pattern of the life of Jesus can be safely discarded. Side issues, tangents, strange doctrines, heresies and traditional fairytales cannot measure up, or fit in, to the purpose of God for His Son, Jesus Christ.
