Obstacle course is an adrenalin rush for all ages
The Wild Coast Suns' Sky trail can accommodate 30 people at a time, from age seven to 70
It was a thrilling, yet exciting moment to experience the Wild Coast Sun‘s 18 metre high, 21-rope obstacle course at the first indoor Skypark which compromises a skytrail and a built-in zipline skyrail.
The adrenalin rush kicks in as your body and mind prepare for the experience the moment the friendly staff harness you in, in world-class safety gear, which prevents you from unhooking yourself during participation.
Once harnessed, it is time to take a giant leap up a staircase, to meet the next instructor who is waiting to tell you that you are safe, to relax and how to manoeuvre your body to complete the tasks.

As challenging as it seems from the bottom, the course is easy to do, and helps one to destress and forget about whatever is troubling them, only thinking how to get through each challenge.
Once you reach the top, some shed tears, others scream and others show determination to complete the mission.
It’s a bird’s eye view from above as you get to watch the children playing in the arena below, while your family and friends cheer you on, awaiting their turn to take on the challenge.
The most exciting is the skyrail zipline, where you feel like a champ, and then your 15 minutes are up.
If you are unfit, your legs might feel like jelly and your muscles stiff, but for those who enjoy the outdoors, going for a second round is a must.

After your adrenalin rush, you might feel a little hungry or need an ice-cold drink, rest assured because a number of restaurants are close-by.
