Landyn Feyt, a member of the 1st Margate Scout Group, has received a ‘Gold Star’, the highest award a Meerkat can obtain.
He was presented with his award last Saturday.
Landyn has put in a lot of effort, hard work and dedication.
His Gold Star was handed to him by District Commissioner Chris ‘Rhino’ Pieters.
After he received his Gold Star he burrowed up and has now joined the 1st Margate Cubs where he is aiming to achieve his Leaping Wolf.
