Food, Fun and Adventure: Southport beach has Blue Flag status

There are plenty of swimming beaches to choose from on the South Coast.

Among them is Southport Beach, which has retained its Blue Flag Status for the 2022/2023 season.

The internationally recognised Blue Flag programme is an eco-award given to beaches that meet strict standards of excellence in safety, cleanliness, provision of amenities, environmental information and management.

This Blue Flag beach has a tidal pool and nearby retail facilities and eateries.
