Don't miss this great family outing, all in aid to raise health awareness.
One Up Fitness presents the South Coast Strongman competition at Umtentweni Ambleside on Saturday, June 15.
The event promises loads of fun for the entire family. It starts with a fun run/walk at 08:00. Entry fee is R10 per person.
There will be a flea market and many food stalls.
The strongman event will include events such as deadlifts, farmer’s walk, log press, tyre flips, car pulling and much more.
