Big ‘Four Oh’ for Danielle in Oz
Many ex-South Coasters attended, travelling from other parts of the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Many South Coasters will remember former Sheppie High student Danielle Danter (now Jackson), a talented hockey player and bodyboarder who represented South Africa on the World Bodyboarding Tour.
Danielle, daughter of Pat Danter (now Kilroe-Smith) and the late Paul Danter, moved from Uvongo Beach to the Sunshine Coast, Australia, where she met and married civil engineer Kirk Jackson and had two children, Connor (12) and Reese (10).
On June 19, Danielle turned 40 and marked the milestone with a huge party on their newly completed home tennis court on Saturday, 15.

Danielle leads a very busy life, assisting her husband in his business, RoadPro Group, and ferrying her children to multiple sporting commitments.
She also recently purchased a gymnasium, The Yard, in Mooloolaba.
She has not lost any of her sporting prowess, playing hockey at representative level, competing in surf lifesaving competitions (she recently won several medals at the Australian Championships), running, tennis, swimming, surfing and bodyboarding. “I have to keep up with my kids!” she said.
