Torrential downpour causes damage at Scottburgh nature reserve

TC Robertson Nature Reserve will be closed until further notice, however, assistance is needed to remove fallen trees.

TC Robertson Nature Reserve in Scottburgh has been badly affected after last night’s (Wednesday) torrential downpour and thunderstorms.

The Scottburgh based nature reserve has been flooded, trees have fallen over and a shelter has collapsed.

Assistance is needed urgently with tree removal.

Donations will be appreciated too, especially for a new shelter.

The nature reserve will be closed until further notice.
