Bendigo Conservation talks microorganisms

Bendigo Conservation Group (BCG) has been busy with stalls and talks, and the latest talk by Nikki Cruden was fascinating and informative.

Cruden spoke about microorganisms while the youth had fun drumming with Cathy Rolt and enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in the gardens of the Bendigo Nature Reserve at Leka’s/B-cubed guesthouse in Southport last Saturday.

Also, Cruden donated some kombucha and microbe gifts to BCG. All funds raised through membership and events go towards the maintenance and improvement of the Bendigo Nature Reserve.

Joan Gallagher, the chairperson of the BCG, invited the community to stay more connected and join them. She can be contacted on 083 2667953 or Dee on 071 8662129.
