Drum for peace under full moon

Let’s gather under the peace moon to drum, connect, and create a circle of unity and light together.

Free full moon drumming will be held at Melville Sanctuary of Love this Saturday (9th) from 17:00 onwards.

It’s known as the peace full moon and coincides with Women’s Day – an extra ceremony celebrating women.

The August full moon is a time for harmony, healing, and coming together as one heart and one community beneath its luminous glow.

Chris Viljoen of the sanctuary said the sacred moon calls on all to release tension, wash away negativity, and invite deep lasting peace into our lives and the world around us.

“Through the heartbeat of the drum, we connect to the earth, to spirit, and each other, sending ripples of calm and collective healing far and wide.”

All are welcome, no drumming experience needed, just your presence, your rhythm, and your peaceful intentions.
