Volunteers needed for food growing skills camp

This skills camp aims to empower participants through practical training while also creating a positive, food-secure impact in the local community.

A unique opportunity to give back to the community and learn sustainable food-growing skills is taking root in August.

The KindaVuka Foodscape Skills Camp, a hands-on charity initiative hosted by VukaValley NPC and The Missing Kind, will run from August 11 to August 22.

The 10-day camp, held on a 100-square-metre site, is calling on passionate volunteers to join the cause and support four lucky earning learners as they gain valuable agricultural and permaculture skills.

This skills camp aims to empower participants through practical training while also creating a positive, food-secure impact in the local community.
