Call for support for Marburg flea market

The Marburg flea market is held every Saturday at the community centre from 10:00.

The Marburg Community Policing Forum’s market is held every Saturday at the community centre at Marburg Sports Complex.

Chairperson of the forum, Fathima Moosa, said the flea market is from 10:00 to 15:00. “There’s space and opportunity for the community to showcase and sell their products. We are here to support entrepreneurs and we call on South Coasters to support us. Funds raised will go towards the community centre.”

She added that hosting these market days is just the beginning and with continued support and ongoing commitment from the CPF, the community centre is set to become a hub of empowerment and positive change.

Members of the forum thanked the public and stall holders for their support. For further information, contact Moosa on 082 4619541.
