Ramsgate Lions Club to host vision awareness event

The Ramsgate Lions Club is hosting a first-of-its-kind community gathering for people with vision impairments, along with their partners, friends, allies and guide dogs.

The get-together will take place at the Ramsgate Lions Community Hall in Glenmarkie Drive on Tuesday, October 21 at 10:00.

The event aims to create a welcoming space where attendees can meet new friends, share stories of independence and openly discuss the challenges they face.

Guests are encouraged to bring a snack plate to share, while tea and coffee will be served by the Ramsgate Lions.
