Take 2: Grannies’ Walk set for Sunday in St Mike’s
Join in for a morning of fun and celebrations of all the grandparents and other senior citizens.
With only a few days to go before the annual Grannies’ Walk at C-Bali and surrounds this Sunday (2nd), the Rotary Club of Hibiscus Coast is all systems go to make the 39th edition of this event memorable.
This iconic community event, which had to be postponed due to inclement weather on September 24, is open to everyone.
The entrance fee is R100 for adults and R50 for juniors which include a variety of entertainment and some delectable breakfast snacks.
Gracious sponsors such as Uvongo Spar and Chemist, the Margate Retirement Village and several others, will assure that all senior citizens can participate without any financial contribution and all proceeds will benefit local charities.
Other interested sponsors are invited to come on board to contribute towards the success of the event.
The walk will start at 07:30. Join in for a morning of fun and celebrations of all the grandparents and other senior citizens.
