Port Shepstone Hindu Educational Society to celebrate centenary
A planning meeting will be held at the Port Shepstone Primary school hall on November 27 at 17:00.
The Port Shepstone Hindu Educational Society will celebrate its 100th year of existence next year.
The committee will recognise its establishment, contributions and the pioneer families that drove education in the early years, prior to the sale of Jai Hind Primary to the House of Delegates.
In planning for its centenary function and brochure, the society invites pioneer families or representatives to contact the current committee to provide relevant photos and information in recognition of the contributions of those concerned.
