Thousands raised in Scottburgh for children battling cancer

The fundraiser was initiated by Ultimate Dance Fitness group.

The Ultimate Dance Fitness (UDF) group is happy to announce that an incredible amount of R40 000 was raised for CHOC – Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa thanks to a recent Scottburgh fundraiser.

The event was held at the Blue Marlin All-Inclusive Seascape by Dream Resorts earlier this month, and South African celeb and comedian, Bash with Tash, was the headliner.

The event was and is still being described as an unforgettable night.

Shereen Paul from UDF said that she is most grateful to all who supported and sponsored the event, ensuring that they were able to raise thousands for CHOC.

“We had the honour of officially handing over the funds to CHOC recently, and it was such a proud and emotional moment for our team.”

“These contributions will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families fighting the bravest battle.”

In the spirit of giving, a small portion of the funds will also be donated to 4 Paws and a Tail and the Basarwaa Tribe in the Kalahari, Botswana.
