The Pennington community is truly amazing. There was a fall and an injury in the area; Pennington Community Watch was called – what followed was wonderful show of support via Saps, Gladiator Security, ambulance crew and community members. The person is recovering in hospital. Grateful thanks to all who showed so much compassion and care.
Exciting news, the Lions Club is holding a Big Walk for Little Warriors at TC Robertson Nature Reserve on February 14. Show your solidarity in aid of childhood cancer. There is free diabetic and blood pressure screening too. For further information, contact 068 2479251.

Don’t forget: Pennington Conservancy presents Sax & Songs with Jerry Kunene at Nkomba Bird Sanctuary (entrance on Dolphin Drive, Pennington) this Sunday (25th), from 14:00. Enjoy a late finger lunch from the Harvest Tables at 15:30. Bring your own glass and chair.
