Productive week for Sheppie High
A team of Grade 12 learners placed third at an inter-school life science revision programme.

It has been an incredibly productive few weeks at Port Shepstone High School with a packed academic calendar and numerous extra-mural activities and sports events on the go.
A team of five enthusiastic Grade 12 learners took part in an inter-school life science revision programme.
It was organised by Ugu Life Science Educators’ Association and was in the form of a terminology quiz in which learners had to correctly identify as many terms as possible in 30 seconds.

There were nine teams in total that took part, and Port Shepstone High was placed 3rd.
The first Grade 11 Market Day since 2019, was held on Monday this week and it was a roaring success, with all the wares being sold out within 20 minutes.
This wonderful initiative is organised by the Business Studies Department, and encourages learners to engage in the practical aspects of sales and entrepreneurship.
