Merlewood’s Siposethu scoops six distinctions

Amanda Shabane and Anele Gumede had an impressive three distinctions across their various subjects.

Merlewood Secondary School’s top performing learners flew the school’s flag high by achieving numerous distinctions in the 2022 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations.

Siposethu Mndiyata excelled, obtaining six distinctions – she outdid herself in Mathematics, isiZulu FAL, Physical Science, Life Science, Geography and Life Orientation.

Liza Bergoor excelled with four distinctions in Mathematical Literacy, isiZulu FAL, Business Studies and Life Orientation.
Amanda Shabane and Anele Gumede scooped an impressive three distinctions across their various subjects.

The educators and support staff at Merlewood Secondary are proud of all the learners who have strived to achieve excellent NSC results.
