Fun activities during exams at Creston

The Pre-Primary celebrated World Bike Day with a 25-minute relay of bicycles, trikes and balance bikes.

Exams and assessments are well underway at Creston College, but some fun was still had as learners supported CrazySocks4Docs Day recently, which raises awareness of the mental health needs of healthcare workers.
The Pre-Primary had a fun filled Friday too as they celebrated World Bike Day. This day observes the uniqueness, versatility, and durability of the bicycle – a sustainable, healthy means of transport. They celebrated this day with a 25-minute relay of bicycles, trikes, or balance bikes.

Amber Scheepers supported CrazySocks4Docs Day.

Thanks to the class moms for the help and providing oranges for the cyclists. Many thanks to the sponsors. Also, thanks to the SP leaders who assisted those who needed support and help along the track.
In support of Mandela Month, Creston has encouraged its school community to join in, in knitting or crocheting 20 x 20cm blocks using any colour yarn of their choice. Completed blocks can be dropped off at Creston College reception by June 30. The blocks will then be stitched together to make blankets to donate to a local hospital/organisation in need. This national collaborative project is being shared across all Curro pre-schools. Join in the fun and stitch away.
