RA Engar awards achievers
Learners from Grade R to 7 who demonstrated exceptional academic achievement received trophies.
RA Engar Primary hosted its highly anticipated and prestigious awards day to reward learners for academics, sporting achievements and outstanding contributions to extra-curricular activities.
The ceremony was attended by parents, well-wishers and members of the school governing body.
Learners from Grade R to 7 who demonstrated exceptional academic achievement received trophies.
Tiarini Govender and Lethokuhle Mpofana received book awards for their successful participation in the Ray Nkonyeni Municipality SEWEP competition.
Sbonginkosi Thutshini claimed the sports boy award, and Busiswa Dlali earned the sports girl award.
The Afrikaans, English and EMS awards went to Emihle Mthiyane.
Uyanda Ntlumayo scooped the Mathematics and Natural Science awards.
Senamile Mqadi was the recipient of the Isizulu award, and the top Technology learners were Palesa Nyawose and Kuhlekonke Sonkosi.
Lethokuhle Mpofana secured the Social Science, Creative Arts and Life Orientation awards. In addition, she was also the recipient of the coveted Dux in recognition of overall academic excellence.
RA Engar congratulates all awardees and bids a fond farewell to the Grade 7 learners.
