Leadership workshop inspires at Jai Hind

The school empowers the youth to make correct life choices based on sound values and critical thinking.

Jai Hind Primary recently hosted a leadership workshop for 75 Grade 7 learners.

It was presented by the Ignite Revolution team and focused on crucial social issues and leadership skills.

The session covered bullying, respect, tolerance, gossip and the influence of social media and texting.

The importance of integrity and social responsibilities were also emphasised. Learners gained insight into essential leadership characteristics, which will equip them to be positive role models.

The workshop concluded with a heartfelt prayer and a small treat for each participant. It is anticipated that the values reinforced will guide these young learners in being good, upstanding future leaders.
