LOST DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 made under the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No. ST11312/1998 held by ROLAND LUDWIG KARG AND ESTATE LATE ELKE KARIN KARG (formerly HARDER) in respect of certain Section Number 18 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 374/1998 in the scheme known as BREAKERVIEW BAY in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at TRAFALGAR, RAY NKONYENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, in extent 114 (One Hundred and Fourteen) square metres which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pietermaritzburg , High Court Building, 300 Pietermaritz Street, Pietermaritzburg within two weeks after the date of publication of this notice.
