‘Clive and Sue say thank you’

Clive was diagnosed with malaria and ended up being very ill in ICU.

DEAR Editor,-

We would like to compliment the service and friendliness we received at Netcare Margate Hospital. We were staying at The Estuary Country Hotel for a family wedding when Clive ended up in hospital with what looked like a severe allergic attack.

He was treated and discharged himself the next morning, but the following morning he was really feeling bad, so we went back to the hospital instead of heading back to Johannesburg. I mentioned to Dr Inderen Naidoo in the emergency section that we had been up in the Kruger National Park on a bush walk a few weeks earlier.

Clive was diagnosed with malaria and ended up being very ill in ICU. Dr Jaap Steyn took over and I can only compliment the doctors and staff at Netcare Margate Hospital for being so caring and kind. A week later Clive left the hospital and we took our time getting home. Thanks to everyone at Netcare Margate Hospital.
