Scripture Union would like to extend a huge thank you to those who responded to the recent Lifeskills appeal. A total of R3 600 was raised towards the ongoing courses.
At Scripture Union, we know that it is not always easy to donate financially and really appreciate the support. For those who have been praying for us, thank you – and please keep the prayers going, especially for the schools that we are working in at the moment. Please pray for prepared hearts and minds and also for the protection of staff members and good communications between Scripture Union and the various schools.
Because Scripture Union’s office and programmes are funded 100 percent by kind donations from various people, we appeal to anyone who would like to become a monthly supporter to think about joining the 50/50 club. Scripture Union hopes to connect with 50 people who will commit to R50 per month for a year and to date, the commitment number is up to 11 people over a period of two years.
