DEAR Editor,-
The family of the late Gobind Govinder would like to express heartfelt gratitude to Reggie Chetty from Vishnu Temple for the overwhelming compassion, kindness and generosity shown to the grieving family during the most trying time of their lives. Our faith in the goodness of mankind has been restored by the generosity shown by Reggie and the temple, as well as the many families who came forward to offer assistance of every kind.
Before even meeting the family, Reggie was there for them and at the funeral, he provided solace and comfort. Thank you Reggie Chetty and the entire community for being there in the family’s darkest hour. We are deeply touched by the kindness and compassion shown by people who barely knew the family.
