It gives me great pleasure to share with you and your readers the wonderful service that I have received from a local service provider. I’m new to the area from the multi-national corporate world of Johannesburg and the service that I’ve received from Lazer 911 Security equals that of this commercial hub.
This excellent service was received from all with whom I’ve interacted – the person who answers the phone at the office and follows up on whether or not the person to whom my message was redirected had returned my call; the marketing representative who made a personal house-call and who kept his word about times and follow-up phone calls; the technician who arrived on time is clearly competent and took the time to explain the technicalities of the alarm system and its workings to me; the person manning the control room, who immediately responded to an activated alarm signal with a phone call; and the on-duty patrol person who quickly responded to an activated alarm in my home early one morning.
Every interaction has been cordial and professional and this is clearly a reflection of Lazer 911 Security’s work ethic. It’s a pleasure doing business with this business!
