Is it not sad to see this just about 250 metres before the main entrance to the Longbeach holiday complex in Mtwalume?Not even the official sign erected by the Umdoni Municipality helps. I was a witness of one of these illegal dumpings, but was just too late to take a photo.
The municipality must do something about this now because this will bring all kinds of diseases and is a monkey’s playground. And, allow me to say that this illegal dumping was all done by black people because I saw them. They do not want to use the official bin, which is situated in Mtwalume near the Induna Cafe.
