We live in Lala Road, Ramsgate, just as the Funky Bratz Creche and After School Care establishment does. The owner of this creche has been trying for years to get HCM. to erect a speed bump outside her establishment, but to no avail.
Why doesn’t HCM. do so? Are they only going to do something once a child has been knocked down and either killed or injured by a speeding motorist? There are some motorists who use Lala Road as a race track because there is only one speed bump – and it’s not a very big one.
So please HCM, residents plead with you to erect a speed bump outside Funky Bratz before somebody’s child gets injured or killed.
