DEAR Editor,-
On a few occasions I visited the Southcoast Mall, which is a beautiful shopping complex, but it is not surprising that shoppers hesitate to use this facility because staff members employed at most of the businesses there are unhelpful and sometimes rudely arrogant.
I also want to point out that centre management staff members are almost never available to report these incidents to. For myself, I shall be doing business elsewhere because I never receive good service there (which I pay for), but the staff think they are doing you, the shopper, a favour, with their no-care, rude attitudes.

The centre manager is, however, always on call in the case of an emergency. Should a customer urgently require assistance, the security guards are briefed to assist and have the necessary contact details on hand.
