I would like to alert the public about a new computer scam.
A woman with an oriental accent, who claims to be calling from Microsoft Technical Services, informed a friend of mine that he required assistance with a Microsoft programme and when he explained that he did not have a computer, she told him that she would ‘block’ his computer!
If one receives such a call, immediately replace the receiver.
