On behalf of my wife and myself we would like to thank Terry Kotze and his staff at the Department of Home Affairs in Port Shepstone for the excellent and friendly service we received when applying for our passports and ID cards. They went out of their way to assist us.
Our documentation was ready within a week and a half, while we were kept updated via sms notification all the way! Keep up the fantastic service.
