Quite some years ago, most Port Shepstone residents will recall, the licensing department’s computers crashed. New computers were installed at the price of all motor vehicle licence renewals increased. This upgrade took place years ago and has paid for itself tenfold.
My question is why are motorists still being ripped off? Check all renewals and you will still find the amount of R36 under the licence fee and that is the amount in question that was added for new computers.
The Port Shepstone Licensing Department is already a shambles and now we must pay for their incompetence?
