‘Would a protest solve the problem?’

It was assumed that this matter would have been addressed by now and fixed.

DEAR Editor,-

After writing a letter to the South Coast Herald regarding an urgent call for speed control on Bugle Street in Shelly Beach and a visit from MC Damoyi (HCM), it was assumed that this matter would have been addressed by now and fixed.

It still remains a mystery how they cannot or refuse to protect the lives of pedestrians around this dangerous racing road. I have brought the matter to their attention with a petition from all shops in the area, but still nothing has been done.

So, my question is: How do we get problems like this solved nowadays? Would renting a crowd to toyi-toyi and burn vehicles help?
