We were recently involved in the ‘usual local crime’. I had vacated our property for half an hour and in that time a hole was bashed through our garage door and a brush cutter and chainsaw were removed.
The police were on the scene within 10 minutes, but the real heroes of this scenario were Wolf Security and the Ramsgate CPF Crime Watch. While we were caught up in ‘policing red tape’, we contacted our neighbour’s wife (whose husband works for Wolf Security) and in no time, a Ramsgate CPF Crime Watch member spotted the culprit carrying a brush cutter and confronted him.
Needless to say we had our stolen property back within half an hour of the incident. Fantastic work!
