Please refer to the disturbing photo taken in Port Shepstone. I sent similar photographs to a prominent police officer several times, but to no avail. This man bathes stark naked across the street from the Home Affairs every morning between 7.35 and 7.50am. Apparently he sleeps between boxes on the pavement next to the old Wimpy which is CJ’s Restaurant now.
I am sorry to bother the Herald with this, but something needs to be done because there are always women and children waiting outside the Home Affairs and this is indecent exposure.
