I just want to share what amazing service we got from Builders Express. This is not service that you get every day in South Africa!
At the end of January this year, we bought a rattan patio set for our holiday home from Builders Express at Southcoast Mall. A few weeks ago we noticed that one bench was sagging. I contacted them and was asked to send some photos, which I did. I must admit that I thought I was wasting my time and got ready for a long battle. How wrong I was!
I was contacted by Langley Mirando (divisional customer service manager, Builders Express Gauteng) and without a problem we were promised a new set. There was no such thing as ‘maybe we can help’ and without a quibble we were assisted. With no-nonsense service like this, make sure you support local businesses like Builders Express.
