We would like to thank all those who voted for our miniature dachshund Jenni in the Hills’ Pet Slimmer of the Year competition. She obtained a very credible third position nationwide, a feat we are sincerely proud of, which was also due to votes received.
Special thanks to Sue Hesse and staff at the Bulwer Street Veterinary Hospital and Judy Russell and staff at the Margate Veterinary Hospital, whose sterling efforts earned many votes.
And last but not least, Penny Taylor of Harmony Hill Animal Hotel, who realised that Jenni was overweight and was instrumental in putting her on the slimming programme.
