The Umtentweni Chakas Road residents would like to take this opportunity to thank all HCM staff members, from the control room to the guys from the Fire Department. At about 7.20pm on November 11, we heard a loud crash and found that a tree had come crashing down, completely blocking the road at the entrance to Chakas Road.
A phone call was made shortly thereafter to report the incident and by 8.30pm the fire truck and firemen were on site. They efficiently cut and cleared the tree and went on their way. What a good job done in good time! Thank you.
