Phil Rowley’s letter regarding Ugu Municipality and Mike Lee’s support in the last edition of the SCH, March 18, are highly appreciated. I believe that Phil’s aggressive approach and logical reasoning got Ugu’s attention. It certainly gives hope to all who are at present committed to Ugu’s injunction to install water storage tanks. Phil covered the ‘saga’ well and did not hold back. His efforts to put the record straight took wit, guts and determination. I believe that his involvement was not in vain and that it will bear fruit. The Barcelona Body Corporate thanks you and Mike Lee most sincerely.
