DEAR Editor:
Joanne’s Angels really started off on a very high and a very hectic note. One thing that has really been our passion over the last 12 years is helping children and the elderly.
It is with a very sad heart I write this letter. In our work in the community, we get involved with a lot of child and women abuse.

Our town is infected with drug dealers and addicts and unfortunately children suffer because of that.
We definitely need to clean up the town with the help of the police and the public.
Please be observant to these problems in the CBD and if you see something suspicious, report it – you may save a child’s life.
On a happier note, once again so many people have being donating over the last week and unfortunately everyone cannot be personally thanked, but please know that we appreciate each and every one of you awesome people.
As many people know, non-profit organisations are really battling with our economy as it is at the moment and every year just brings more and more people onto our feeding scheme.
Joanne’s Angels do not believe in asking people for money and therefore it is twice as hard to really function.
We run markets to raise funds, but even that has been very quiet, so please keep us in your prayers all the time and please keep donating to us so that we can make a difference in the community.
You can reach us at 082 3377330 and we are willing to collect from you.
I also want to wish my left-hand man Joe a speedy recovery after his shoulder operation last Wednesday. Joe, the Angels need you.
God bless you all.
