OPINION: No red tape delights shopper

I walked into Multiwood Furniture in Port Shepstone in Mandela Street to layby a refrigerator recently.
I cannot explain to you the service excellence I received from the friendly woman who did the admin, to the saleswoman who helped me.

The best part is that all that was required from me was my ID number. No proof of residence. No three months’ bank statements. No hogwash. No unnecessary red tape.

I was in and out in no time. What a pleasure. Multiwood Furniture is the place to shop.
