Ugu District Municipality has given me a sliver of hope.
I am writing to thank them for the great service, as I was recently pleasantly surprised by the help I got from several staff members at Ugu.
Not only was the problem (a neighbour’s burst meter and my home’s low pressure) sorted out quickly and professionally, but with a smile.
Refreshing to receive help without having to beg for it.
I even received a follow-up phone call to confirm if I had received assistance and if the problem had been resolved.
I nearly fell off my chair; I couldn’t believe it.
I do sense there is a positive turn-around at Ugu, and I really do hope that this is the case.
But, it’s hats off to everyone who is working hard to make the government entity a success.
Keep it up, Ugu, and thanks #teamUgu, once again.
