Karatekas excel in tournament
ISKF Port Shepstone, headed by Sensei Jay Rambharos (5th Dan), selected his team and participated in the tournament.

The Association of Shotokan Karate-Do South Africa (ASKDSA), affiliated with the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF), recently had its 18th annual All Styles Friendship tournament at Tongaat Sports Centre.
ISKF Port Shepstone, headed by Sensei Jay Rambharos (5th Dan), selected his team and participated in the tournament.
He was proud of the karatekas who did exceptionally well.
Michel Kasongo performed excellently, placing first in Kata and Kumite in his age category.
His outstanding performance in Kata called ‘Empi’ was the highlight of his performance. Rambharos congratulated his students and stressed the dojo kun of karate is “to strive for perfection of character.”
