Staff at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital are looking for the family of Avuyile Ntshayisa from Ohlange in Bizana.
Avuyile was brought to the hospital on June 24 by police after being found in worrying health on the streets in Port Edward.
However, the hospital has been unable to locate his family. Anyone who knows him or his family is requested to contact 039 6886017 as soon as possible.
